During the 2004, Criminal trial, the prosecutor provided the jury with a court "Order", which found Jack Stein responsible for a wrongful death, a homicide. However, that "Order" was NOT a valid court order because it had been previously been vacated by Judge Hall, after seriously improper jury instructions and malevolent governmental misconduct were exposed. Furthermore, Judge Hall vacated the wrongful death case, ab inito, with prejudice. "(ab inito means), In law, void means of no legal effect. An action, document or transaction which is void is of no legal effect whatsoever: an absolute nullity - the law treats it as if it had never existed or happened."Jack Stein had advised the prosecutor and the court that the prosecutor's proposed jury exhibit was not a valid court order and pointed out that Judge Hall had vacated the "Order: and dismissed the wrongful death action, with prejudice.
Judicial misconduct occurs when a judge acts in ways that are considered unethical or otherwise violate the judge's obligations of impartial conduct. Actions that can be classified as judicial misconduct include: conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts; using the judge's office to obtain special treatment for friends or relatives; accepting bribes, gifts, or other personal favors related to the judicial office; having improper discussions with parties or counsel for one side in a case; treating litigants or attorneys in a demonstrably egregious and hostile manner; violating other specific, mandatory standards of judicial conduct, such as judicial rules of procedure or evidence, or those pertaining to restrictions on outside income and requirements for financial disclosure; and acting outside the jurisdiction of the judge or the court, or performance of official duties if the conduct might have a prejudicial effect on the administration of the business of the courts among reasonable people. Rules of official misconduct also include rules concerning disability, which is a temporary or permanent condition rendering judge unable to discharge the duties of the particular judicial office.
Letter to Governor Inslee February 22, 2014 Governor Inslee, Olympia, Washington RE: Request help for Jack Stein #955827 Dear Governor Inslee, Jack Stein the incarcerated person
Jack Stein is an old and frail prisoner who has been incarcerated for over 20 years. He has received lots of mistreatment. Jack is frequently put into segregation often for clothes..late to class, legal files, etc. His medical needs are often not meant. Jack has extremely painful bladder deterioration problems because of that mistreatment. His typewriter and coffee are taken away and he is placed in the "hole". He still does not have access to his typewriter.
Ned Hall the alleged victim
Ned Hall was the alleged victim, he is a local attorney and part of good old boy system. For many years he had several legal battles with Jack's father Nicholas Stein over property. Ned Hall was never injured in any way and we do not feel there ever was an attempt on his life. We think that claim was a rouge to get Jack Stein out of the way, so the property belonging to the Stein family, could be divided up between corrupt real estate and corrupt legal officials. Which is exactly what happened to 90+ millions in real property.
Richard Bailey the so called hired attempted murderer
Richard Bailey was the so call perp. He was given special privileges by the then prosecutor, Roger Bennett. Richard Bailey had the prosecutor's office to use for having sex with his girlfriend in PA's office in exchange for perjured testimony. This happened on several occasions with Mr. Bennett's' knowledge according to Bennett's' own SWORN statement. Every timeRichard Bailey recanted, he was given incentive to say what prosecution want him to say to fit their tale. They help with finding child given up for adoption, etc. There were 3 trials and before the third trial Roger Bennett a then sitting judge traveled to Seattle to coerced Bailey's testimony who had once again recanted. The sitting Judge Bennett meant with prisoner Richard Bailey in the Washington States Attorney General's office for that purpose. Apparently the attempted act itself was difficult because when told to go away the murder did so. The next time when told to go away the victim Ned Hall injured his own finger when he slammed the door. The 3rd time was a homemade bomb that was found next door on a vacant lot.
Our Summary for Jack Stein
Professor Strait (independent examiner ) found no less then 23 separate counts of wronging by state officials. Prosecution brought up crime that he was acquitted of allowed into court by defense and judge. I know you believe that "Equal justice under the law is the state’s primary responsibility," and we are asking for any guidance or any direction you can give. If even 1% of what we/Jack says is true...there is a BIG problem & grave injustice. When we tried to do a search of case law regarding our dad's Jack Stein's case it came up showing it cited over 100 times using his case State v. Stein, 144 Wn.2d 236, 27 P.3d 184 (2001) - Convictions for three counts of attempted first degree murder and one count of first degree burglary reversed because the jury instructions improperly allowed the jury to find the defendant vicariously liable for crimes committed by alleged co-conspirators and failed to include all the required elements of accomplice liability.
Jack Stein has spent many years in prison for a crime he did not have anything to do with. We feel the local "good old boys" only wanted to have him gone so they could take over his inheritance of property, worth many millions of dollars. . Which they have done. Jack Stein is 75 years old and the inheritance is all gone so he should be able to come home. Jack Stein was never a person that was about the money, he has always been about being a good family man.
Please help in any way that you can. It will be gratefully appreciated.
